Hi Kerry and team! Immediately below, you’ll find a brief summary of our proposal. Below that, you’ll find two options with associated details.

Summary:

The DwizzyWid Media team will create landing and webinar funnels for monthly and/or quarterly giveaways and webinars. We will assist with either the collection of email addresses or the connection to a 3rd party email marketing software.

The contract structure allows for two projects per month; each giveaway or webinar equals one project. Unused projects cannot be rolled over or accumulated. Additional products can be completed at a slightly discounted rate.

Below, you’ll find the details of your proposal which is broken into two sections.

First, you’ll find our recommended solution. This is a professional setup where everything is connected and put together the right way and which allows you to properly track, scale and grow your giveaway and webinar funnels.

Second, you’ll find a basic solution that is exactly what you asked, but nothing more. This will include everything you need to create monthly giveaways and host live webinars.

Proposal Details

OPTION 1: Recommended

Our recommended solution involves multiple steps to give you the best possible solution with which you can move forward with flexibility and using the best technology available. Additionally, we’ll set up the infrastructure that will allow you to retarget your visitors and market your products to the (ie. remarketing) to your website’s visitors.

Upgrade Your Email Marketing

First, we’ll handle a full migration from your current email software (MailChimp) to a Basic/Lite Plan with ActiveCampaign. This will give improved flexibility around contact tagging and management, website tracking, and the ability to follow up with contacts before and after webinars. We will set you up with a 25,000 contact plan, and we can help you grow from there. (Upgraded plans include lead scoring, deep data integrations with WooCommerce and Facebook Custom Audiences, and basic SMS marketing.)

Add Website Tracking

Second, we’ll add website tracking code from ActiveCampaign to all and/or key pages on your website. We’ll ensure your Facebook pixel is added where possible, and, at the very least on your landing pages and confirmation pages. Our solution also includes creating custom Facebook audiences for people based on clicking and/or viewing your ads and clicking your emails.

Connect to 3rd Party Applications

Third, using our landing page software, we’ll make sure all of the landing pages our team builds are connected to your email and webinar software. This will allow us to add, track, and tag contacts based on the actions they take both on your website and in your emails. For example, after someone registers for a webinar, we can email them reminders, and, if they don’t attend, we can send them reminder emails and ask them to watch the replay.

Basic Email Marketing Setup: Includes the Professional Registration of Administrator Account, Dedicated Email Servers, Multiple User Accounts, Full Migration of all Subscribers and Custom Fields and email lists, Create & Configure up to 5 Custom Lists, Marketing Automations and Autoresponders (user managed only), Website Integration where possible.

Additional Monthly Services

In addition to a professional setup of your marketing infrastructure, we will use your existing infrastructure as much as possible but builds on the pages and systems we’ve already created for you. After the software on FinancialSurvivalNetwork.com has been updated to the latest version, we will migrate our pages to your site.

Giveaway Project: Includes 1 landing page and 1 thank you page. All entries and guesses recorded, and a CSV file with all entries emailed to Kerry Lutz after the giveaway ends.
Webinars Project: Includes 1 landing page and 1 confirmation/thank you page. Includes integration with GoToWebinar via API connection.

NOTE: Project completion time is 72 hours. While we might be able to complete the project faster, we cannot promise or guarantee it.

WPForms Pro: Our solution includes a pro license for form software. This allows us to capture user-generated and random guesses for giveaways and contests. Includes Zapier integration (Zapier pricing not included), geolocation, and integration with MailChimp.

Facebook Ads: We will also create, design, and write the copy for one Facebook ad per project per month. These ads will direct visitors to your landing pages, either for giveaways or webinars,. We will also add tracking pixels to people who click your ad so you can retarget them at a later date.
